Paul Bullington, REALTOR®, GSI, CDEI™

Paul Bullington is a real estate professional and educator, currently serving as the Education Director of the D&D School of Real Estate. With a Master's Degree in Management from Austin Peay State University, Paul brings a robust academic foundation to his role. His extensive experience encompasses real estate brokerage, property management, and a deep commitment to education.

As a TREC-approved instructor, Paul offers a diverse range of courses, including Agent Pre-Licensing, TRECCORE, Code of Ethics, GRI, Contracts 101, Short Term Rental Management, and Property Management. His dedication to excellence is further demonstrated by his numerous certifications, such as Accredited Residential Manager (ARM), Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager (CRB), Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR), and Graduate of the REALTOR Institute (GRI), and more.

In his leadership capacity, Paul holds key positions as Principal Broker and part of the ownership team at locally owned brokerage in Dickson, TN and he owns two Property Management Firms in the Middle Tennessee area. He actively contributes to the real estate community through roles such as 2025 President of the Dickson County Chapter of Greater Nashville Realtors (GNR) and as a member of the Board of Directors for the Tennessee Association of Realtors. His involvement extends to serving on the MLS Advisory Committee at GNR and the Professional Development Committee at the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM).

Paul's passion for education and his comprehensive understanding of the real estate industry make him an invaluable asset to the D&D School of Real Estate. His leadership is instrumental in shaping the next generation of real estate professionals, ensuring they are well-equipped to navigate the complexities of the industry.

Glen McLain

Glen McLain is a finance and business expert dedicated to advancing real estate education as Co-Owner and Business Manager of D&D School of Real Estate. With a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Northwestern State University of Louisiana and over a decade of experience in financial management, Glen ensures the school's continued excellence and innovation.

His background includes serving as Business & Finance Manager for a leading property management company, where he oversees financial operations, compliance, and strategic planning.

Now leading D&D, Glen is committed to maintaining its legacy while enhancing Pre-Licensing, Continuing Education, and Broker Licensing programs. He is also passionate about expanding business-related courses, equipping real estate professionals with the financial knowledge and operational skills needed to run successful businesses. His expertise keeps D&D at the forefront of real estate education in Tennessee, helping agents build not just careers, but thriving enterprises.

Joe Gross

Joe Gross, licensed as a REALTOR® in Tennessee since 2013 and in Virginia and North Carolina since 2023, brings extensive management and organizational expertise to the real estate industry. His clients value his commitment to providing common-sense advice, not just for their current transactions but with a forward-thinking approach to future real estate decisions.

As the Principal Broker of his firm, Joe leads a team of full- and part-time REALTORS®, offering guidance and leveraging his years of experience to support their success. Additionally, as a licensed Mortgage Broker in Tennessee and Virginia, he provides clients with a well-rounded understanding of real estate financing.

Beyond his role as a broker, Joe is deeply committed to education and training the next generation of real estate professionals. He is passionate about equipping new agents with the knowledge, skills, and business acumen necessary to thrive in a competitive market. His dedication to professional development ensures that agents under his mentorship are well-prepared for long-term success in the industry.

When he’s not working, Joe enjoys cruising warm tropical waters with family and friends, baking his famous “Joe Cookies,” and exploring the latest in home automation technology.
