A Brief History

D&D Enterprises began in 1994 by offering continuing education correspondence courses to Tennessee Real Estate Licensees. In 1995, the original company was purchased by Dick Clemmer and he changed the name to D&D School of Real Estate. Under Dick’s leadership, D&D grew to include over 30 continuing education correspondence courses, several campus locations for live classes, and Virginia state licensing courses.

Jeff and Kathy Oakes purchased D&D in June 2019 and they strive to carry on the legacy that Dick had started by providing quality education for all Tennessee Real Estate professionals.

Now D&D School of Real Estate serves over 70,000 licensees and our courses are widely recognized for their high quality. D&D continues to look for innovative ways to improve the Pre-Licensing, Continuing Education and Broker Licensing educational experience.

We want to be your Real Estate Education provider of choice!
