STEP 1: Take the Principles & Affiliate Corse
Successfully complete the Tennessee 60-hour Real Estate Principles Course and the 30-hour Course for New Affiliates with an approved school like D&D.
STEP 2: Take the Exam
Take and pass the Tennessee Affiliate Broker Licensing Exam offered by PSI with a score of 70% or better.
STEP 3: Submit Application with TN Commission
Submit your application to the Tennessee Real Estate Commission with the required documents: proof of course completion (2), high school education, E&O insurance, and payment of all fees.
