Correspondence Pre-Licensing

CORRESPONDENCE:  Your printed materials are mailed to you and you work at your own pace.  Once completed, send us your answer sheets.  All quizzes and tests are graded and you will be notified of incorrect answers. With course completion, your information is processed so you can schedule your state exam.   You will also be sent a course completion certificate for your records.

60-Hr. Pre-Licensing Study Course by Correspondence: $375.00

Pass this course and take your real estate exam without stepping in a classroom!

In Tennessee, it is required that you take and pass this 60 hour course before getting licensed.
The course is based on the same materials used in the classroom. We provide a reading and testing syllabus for your convienence.  Once you complete the reading and section quizzes, we email the final exam to complete.  After you have successfully passed all section tests and final exam, we send your certificate to you and notify PSI  so that you may schedule your state exam.

30-Hour New Affiliate Course by Correspondence: $175.00

In Tennessee, a real estate licensee must pass this 30-hour course before a TN license is issued.
This course is a workbook-based course which is taken “open book” at your own pace.
Once all lessons and final exam are completed, simply fax, mail or email your course material to D&D for grading. After passing, we will send you a certificate for your own records.
